Bulova – Swiss-American watch
Realization of big American dream began in 1875 in New York, where the modest immigrant from Bohemia Joseph Bulova opened small jewelry shop. And this modest enterprise had to develop into one of the powerful corporations for the production of watches. When The United States entered the Second World War, the factories of Bulova immediately began to improve production in order to supply precise equipment for the military forces of the country. Bulova provided the government of America with watches for soldiers, specific clockworks, equipment for aircrafts, precise mechanisms for torpedoes and fuses.
